Rylee loves her turtle, just like her Momma!!

This is our sweet little baby, Rylee. She is 2 and 1/2 pounds of pure playfulness. I picked her up last night from my sweet Aunt and Uncle and she took to me right away. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night, but hopefully that will get better in time. Can't wait for you to meet her.

Roger is really gone.....

It is official, Spencer is now the man of the house, Lord help us all!! Roger left this morning to go to D.C. and i can feel the miles between us growing. Please keep us in your prayers.....

Christmas 2008

We celebrated Christmas early this year for a number of reasons. Both the kids will be with their other parents and Roger will be in Washington DC for his new job. So we had our Christmas on the 14th since Roger will be leaving the following day.

Everyone got new pajamas on Christmas eve (our tradition) and we put them on for the evening while we watched a Christmas movie and baked cookies.


Christmas day for us was Sunday morning, Dec 14th. Santa was busy the night before wrapping presents and eating cookies. We got up early this morning. Well, Jennifer and Spencer got up early. Roger and Jordan, as is their nature, had to be prodded out of the bed.

The kids opened their presents and made a big mess. Fun!!!
